Processing Our Pulses and Beans
We have established a partnership with a reliable trucking company that possesses in-depth knowledge of our regions, spanning from the delta to Shan and Kayar states. To transport farmers' produce efficiently, we employ 32-ton trucks, and the goods are carefully packed in PP bags to ensure their safe delivery to our processing facility.

Our operations include two factories located in Yangon, boasting substantial storage capacities of 5,000 and 10,000 tons, respectively. Each factory is equipped with state-of-the-art processing lines and warehousing facilities.

Factory 1 is equipped with three bean cleaning machines, capable of producing 300 tons daily. In contrast, Factory 2 is relatively new and specializes in rice milling, with an impressive output of 200 tons per day.

Presently, we are in the process of equipping Factory 2 with high-quality production machinery, as we aim to commence processing premium beans tailored for the EU and Japanese markets.

Our pulses and bean processing adhere to stringent standards, including cleaning, polishing, and meticulous grain size selection, all in accordance with good manufacturing practices (GMP). To maintain the highest quality standards, our factories undergo regular and thorough cleaning to mitigate any potential risks associated with bacteria, mold, or other contaminants.

Moreover, our facilities are fully compliant with occupational health and safety requirements, ensuring a safe and secure working environment for our staff.

Standards
We are actively pursuing our HACCP and ISO licenses for good manufacturing practices, with anticipated receipt in 2023. Our comprehensive plan encompasses the implementation of food safety measures across our production processes and along the entire supply chain.

As part of our commitment to industry excellence, we are proud participants in the International Trade Centre Myanmar Arise Plus training and accreditation program. This initiative plays a pivotal role in enhancing our industry standards, ensuring the highest levels of quality, regulatory compliance, and effective health and safety practices within our workplace.

Our next objective is to obtain the Codex international standard for foods. This endeavor will bolster our capacity to establish robust systems aimed at safeguarding consumer health and proactively preventing food-borne illnesses. We remain dedicated to achieving the highest standards of food safety and quality in our operations.
Packaging and Storage
Our facilities, including premises, plants, and warehouses, are designed with superior ventilation systems in place. To ensure effective moisture control, all our products are stored on pallets, which can be either made of wood or plastic.

Moreover, we prioritize product protection from moisture by packaging them in 50 kg polypropylene (PP) bags. These bags serve as an effective barrier against moisture, further safeguarding the quality of our products.
